YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights belong to the person who took the original photograph or created the original art work ("the material").
2. www.jigsawsrus.com.au CANNOT reproduce photographs from, books, magazines, brochures, registered trademarks, and websites or offensive material.
3. By submitting the material to be reproduced to www.jigsawsrus.com.au, you warrant that you own the copyright and intellectual property therein or have permission from the copyright or intellectual property owner for reproduction of the material by www.jigsawsrus.com.au and have the permission of the subject of the material (if the subject is a person(s)) for its reproduction as a jigsaw puzzle and you indemnify www.jigsawsrus.com.au against any loss, action or claim it may incur as a consequence of reproduction of the material.
4. Whilst www.jigsawsrus.com.au will use its best endeavours to return all submitted material to the customers, www.jigsawsrus.com.au accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to material submitted to it.
5. Sometimes minimal cropping of the reproduced photograph will be necessary to
match the size of the jigsaw.

ADULT SUPERVISION must be required in the use of the products ordered from www.jigsawsrus.com.au. To the maximum extent permitted by law, www.jigsawsrus.com.au DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO SUCH INFORMATION, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, as well as representations and warranties of title, non-infringement, freedom from computer viruses, worms, and other operating problems, and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance.

REFUND POLICY

Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return an unopened puzzle if you received the wrong item.
Please note, as each puzzle is manufactured "to order", we cannot accept order cancellations after your order has been manufactured.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you not completely saftisfy with the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, you MUST arrange any return to us within 7 days from the time products is received. There will be a 30% restocking fee for return products to cover the costs of postage and handling.

Refund money will be minus the 30% restock fee will be credit back to your bank account using direct deposit we will NOT credit back to your credit card. Please email us full banking details. Account Name, Bank Name and Account Number.

To return a puzzle, you must e-mail us within 7 days from the time products is received and obtain a return identification number. Returns without an identification number will not be accepted.

All shipments are sent using Australian Post service. Please allow 7 working days delivery from the time your order is received. Due to the high demand for this our products, we are unable to offer any faster delivery at this time.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for refund based on incorrect order, incompatible or unsuitable goods due to their unique nature. We are not responsible for orders lost in transit if the postcode or other parts of your address are wrong.

We do not disclose personal information about any of its customers to any unrelated third party businesses. We do not sell, rent, lease, loan, trade or otherwise divulge the addresses on our lists to unrelated third parties or any unauthorised personnel.

Personal information, such as your name and e-mail addresses, is collected only to record and process your order, and keep you informed of new product releases and events.
